From the very first appointment, Meica completely exceeded my expectations. She is an excellent professional — highly skilled, detail-oriented, and incredibly consistent in her work. Beyond her talent, she is warm, kind, and always genuinely cheerful. She creates such a welcoming and positive atmosphere that you immediately feel comfortable and in good hands. Her sweetness and joyful personality, along with the friendliness of her colleagues, make every visit a truly pleasant experience. What I appreciate the most is that she never rushes. Meica always takes the necessary time to ensure the haircut is precise, balanced, and perfectly adapted to your face shape and personal style. She listens carefully to what you want, offers thoughtful suggestions when needed, and makes sure you leave feeling confident and happy with the result. She is also very knowledgeable about hair care and often gives excellent recommendations about products available in the salon that can genuinely benefit your hair health. Her advice feels honest and personalized — never pushy — and it has made a noticeable difference in maintaining my hair between appointments. Simply put, she is fantastic. No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
