I told her one side was longer and she cut it she said too short and proceeded to cut the other sid too and then it came out even worse. Long pieces hanging out. All that she had to do was to cut it straight across. Then she tried to sell me their hair products. She asked what I used and she made a face when I told her I use Korean products. I don't use anything that contains parabens, pthalates or sulphates as they irritate the skin. When I explained this to her she had no idea what I was talking about and pulled a face again, but insisted I look at the product she wanted to sell me. The product contained sodium laurel sulphate. I appreciate that the cutsare cheap but it should still be professional. I could have asked a teenager to do the cut with a better outcome.

Hence they have low end or marginal barbering tools, razors, scissors, etc. Fortunately, I'm not very demanding with my haircuts. Usually in and out in 15-20 minutes. They had cut my hair a couple of times with acceptable results . I made an online reservation as they indicated they prefer that scenario. The 18 minute wait worked out fine as it took me 15 minutes to get there. On arrival my name was at the top of the list with an 8 minute wait time. The 5 minute miscalculation wasn't a problem. I asked the manager if I could run next door to the supermarket without issue. No problem. Got back in 5 minutes and now my name was at top of the list with a 9 minute wait instead of 3 minutes. They accepted a walk-in in spite of my reservation and physical check in. Given the marginal quality of haircut, I wasn't prepared to waste more time and went elsewhere to a shop which runs with more structured reservations.
