  I recently suffered a subconjunctival hemorrhage after having received a blow to my left eye during Jiu Jitsu practice. Victoria constructed a daily regimen : red light therapy, full spectrum cryo and localized cryo in that order. Within a week the swelling disappeared the hemorrhage has healed 90% as well as the bruising. With every injury I have sustained from Jiu Jitsu : knees, shoulders etc. Victoria and the staff of Core Elite Wellness Fit and Cryo have produced and implemented a comprehensive system of regenerative therapies that I highly recommend!

  I love core elite. I go there for all my health and wellness needs. Recently, I was having a hard time losing that pesky last 5 lbs and did the T Shock treatment. I'm thrilled with the results. I fell roller skating in the winter and could hardly walk. Two treatments in the red light pod, pain was gone. I do the hyperbaric chamber to maintain my youthful appearance and weekly vitamin shots from Claudia. The only thing better than the service's is the service. Victoria, Claudia and Scott are profesional and knowledgable and always make you feel welcome. Definetly more than a five star experience.

  I’ve done T-Shock treatment. It’s amazing. Highly recommend. Viktoria very professional, knows what to do. Other treatments are so good too. Lovely place!
