  Fantastic place! The owner is incredibly personable and kind. Takes great pride in making sure you are comfortable and understand the equipment. Would recommend to anyone. Already registered for future sessions.

  I popped my hip out of place about a month ago. The weekend before I had to work a 4 day long festival working minimum of 12 hours shifts... so I had to get myself all fixed up real fast. I went to my Chiropractor and he popped it back in but there was still inflammation from the injury. So I booked an appt with Victoria for localized cryo. Upon checking in she let me know how cryo works, that it would be more beneficial for me to go in the chamber versus just the localized treatment. From watching Wim Hof I knew what she was talking about and I gave it a go. I was in the chamber for 3 min and 30 sec. It was amazing, at one point I felt my whole body relax and I didn't feel any pain. That feeling was the best kind of crazy. I also felt my nose hairs freeze which was also a strange sensation but she tells you to cover your nose with your gloved hands to help. You also get to chose a song or two to listen to, which helps pass the time. After the bed we went to another room for localized treatment and really focused on my hip. And let me tell you, the way I walked in versus how I was able to actually walk out was night and day. I 110% recommend Victoria and doing cryotherapy! I haven't tried out anything else there is they offer but I plan on checking it out!

  What an amazing experience. The staff was very welcoming and also very knowledgeable. They took the extra time to explain everything in detail. The overall experience was fabulous!!!
