  I had two completely different experiences at this salon, and I feel like it’s important to share both. The woman in Loft 5 was very unprofessional. She rolled her eyes, had no manners, and her attitude made the environment uncomfortable. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this was not a good experience at all. On the other hand, the nail tech in Loft 2 was amazing. She was polite, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about her work, and she did an excellent job on my nails. I would definitely recommend booking with her if you’re coming here. Overall, I’d return for the service in Loft 2, but I hope improvements are made in how clients are treated in Loft 5.

  While the lofts are aesthetically pleasing, they are very drafty. So much cold air comes in, especially since my nail tech’s loft is close to the door. Additionally, the sink in the loft has not been working for the past few months. I’m quite positive she’s reached out to management about the issue many times already, so the fact that it only just recently got resolved is ridiculous.

  Salon extremely cold and one of the units while I was getting my service the sink was leaking and also there was an outage in the outlets so I couldn’t get my service done. Which is unacceptable.

  Stylist Francis in loft 3 can not do finger waves. I ask upon booking my appointment can she do finger waves and she said yes. Once I got there I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She couldn't and didn't come close to the hairstyle I excepted. I didn't want to pay her after seeing the end results. I'm disappointed and I feel cheated out my money and would not refer her to my worse enemy.
