She requested long layers and for the dead ends to be trimmed, expecting no more than 2 inches to be trimmed. She showed the stylist a photo of what she wanted. Beth, the "stylist", proceeded to brush my daughter's curls, did not wet my daughter's hair and unevenly cut about 5 to 6 inches of hair.

One lady said one sentence to me the whole visit and I could barely make it out. She never asked me how I wanted my hair done on the top or the front. I left thinking it can be that bad but it was. When I got home I looked in a mirror and felt embarrassed knowing I was going to have to go to school tomorrow and people would laugh. Please do not go to any Great Clips salons in Dublin. It may be cheap but most of the stylists are terrible.
