But recently I had to go back(my only option for the product I needed), and surprisingly the two girls I've interacted with have been friendly, helpful, and perfectly suited for their jobs. The only issue I've seen with them is they're out of some popular products that I have been after for a while. Who ever does the ordering needs to look at trends in sales for popular products and order more accordingly. Thank you for renewing my hope in this company blue haired lady and thin tan tiny lady.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
