He figured you could check in in-person , when he arrived everyone was doing cuts and no one came to the front so he took a seat , no one ended up checking him in and come 5pm they told him that because he didn’t check in online they can’t do his cut . So he waited an hour and was told to leave , I tried to call to see what was going on and the stylist literally yelled at me telling me that there is 5 different stylist in the salon and there was no reason for him to not go online and check himself in , when I explained he doesn’t use phones like that he thought you could come and wait in person , she said that isn’t her fault and hung the phone up on me after being argumentative instantly . I tried asking her why no one in person checked him in but she just kept saying there is 5 stylist and someone would have . But obviously that isn’t that case because no one did …. Not sure why it was an argument but then again , wasn’t sure why they would send someone home with an uncut head after waiting an hour in the lobby either . 0/10 customer service
