- CBClarissa Barr3 days ago1.0I went in for a haircut. A stylist just did her own thing. Didn't listen to what I said at all. I went in for a pretty big chop she asked how long I wanted my hair to be. I pointed to how long I wanted my hair to be and my hair is about 4-6 in shorter than what we agreed on in the beginning of the service I didn't realize how uneven or how short my hair was until I got home. I went back the next day. The manager gassed and put her hand over her mouth when she saw my hair because it was so uneven and it was just a horrible haircut she gave me a refund which was very generous. The salon did the right thing. They tried to make it better but my hair is so short it can't be put into a bun. They had another stylist attempt to fix my hair or at least make it presentable but it is still uneven. I now have to change how I do my hair everyday/and for work. I'm stuck with a horrible haircut, And I don't like the way I look. Now I have to pay for another haircut in a couple weeks to get this fixed and I'm thinking about getting extensions because its that bad
