I then went back got it fixed because they said they could fix it for free. Loved it the girl Naomi who did my hair and told me to take a pic of it I did was going to bring the pic to show whoever it was. The 2nd time I went in I saw Naomi about cutting my hair she got the girl who messed up my hair even tho she said she remembered me then the girl told me that messed up my hair the girl who cut it before she took someone else instead even tho I told her Allie messed it up. She then told me I go to another great clips because she isnt going to do my hair even tho they knew that she did and gave me her anyways. first pics are from the girl who messed it up second pic is what I liked that Naomi did.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
