We were greeted immediately and assisted in making an appointment. Then everything was explained thoroughly. My kiddo felt really comfortable with the process and discussing the placement of the earring. Truly, everything went so smoothly, I don’t think we’ll go to other piercing locations.

Nurse Sam was amazing with her! My daughter was great during it all, but got dizzy and nauseous as we were walking out and they came over with cheese it’s, a juice box, and a sucker. They watched her for a few minutes to make sure she was okay! Although pricey, the care and professionalism was well worth it! Thank you!💕

At check-in I was asked to confirm her age, but no one explained that needle piercings are not performed on children under 5. The piercing was done with a gun without discussing this with me beforehand, which I wish had been clearly communicated before proceeding. I would have appreciated being told upfront about the age policy and the plan so I could make an informed decision. The total cost was also much higher than expected based on what was advertised online, which added to the frustration. The staff was kind, and the piercing itself was okay seems slightly off but they were saying it's her anatomy. Clearer communication around policies, pricing, and the type of piercing being performed would make a big difference especially for parents bringing in young children for their first experience.

The piercer really took her time ensuring the marks on her ears were placed correctly while also comforting my daughter and making it an enjoyable experience. My toddler didn’t even flinch when she got pierced! Rowan is probably more expensive than other options, but I think it is well worth it. Would definitely recommend.
