- N6NarutoLover 60005 days ago1.0I asked for my dead ends trimmed which was maybe a 1.5 inches maybe … ended up with a hair cut to the top of my shoulders :( all my progress just cut all off I asked for my hair to be cut into a v in the back and she made the comment “it’s actually a U right now” so she was going to fix it … she definitely did not she chopped my hair she kept cutting and cutting and I expressed to her that it seemed like she cut a lot off her response was “it only looks like that it’s the angle, it’s longer in the back”. She even at one point said she needed to add layers so as she is texturing it she then cuts off what she textured what sense does that make … I am so upset I have been working really hard to grow my hair out it was to the middle of my shoulder blades no it’s at the top of my shoulders… If she didn’t feel comfy doing it she could have simply said that and I would have come back when the normal girl I go to was there …

The young woman who did my son's hair kept sighing and asking me if that was enough... I get he's 2 and a little more difficult than adults but she was rude and I just gave up, not happy with his hair. If you don't want to cut kids hair that's fine but she could have passed us on to someone else that could have done a better job with less attitude.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
