They have made great recommendations for products if they are out of something, and have really made an effort to make a personal impact on me by remembering things about me and making friendly conversations, as well as letting me know about upcoming sales, etc. The store is clean and organized, and if I can’t find something on the shelves they have offered to check that day’s delivery as well. They really make an awesome effort and have been such a positive influence on my growing business.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
