Last time I got one dune my hair was so bad and choppy and I left with fuzzy hair when asked for loose curls. Then when I got curtain bangs I got short straight across bangs. Today I'm giving Grate clips 5 stairs because my hair was dune right this time and I'm impressed. My hair was dry and brittle and my split ends was almost covering my entire head. Desperate I went in before I had to be at work and the women was so kind and helpful and even recommended some hair oil treatments that I did purchase. I was a very desperate client who wanted her hair saved. Not only did they recommend products that I purchased but they were able to cut out all the dead hair. 3 inches because my hair was so damaged and that's not their fault. My stylist walk me through what she was doing to save my hair and she explained very thoroughly why she had to cut off three inches. I appreciate that. She worked very tediously to save as much of my long hair as she could. I was very happy with my encounter. Being a long-haired girly my anxiety is always through the roof when getting my haircut. Unfortunately we did have to cut the long hair but that's because my hair was very bad. Thank you
