I told the lady I wanted to remove the hanging bulk from my hair and she proceeded to chop it all off. After saying to me "well I don't wanna take too much off" she proceeded to do exactly that. They won't refund me either. I cannot believe this and I have no clue what this woman was thinking. She needs a new occupation because this one clearly isn't the one for her. I've gotten lucky here in the past, but this may be the last time I set foot in there unless I go back Tuesday to see what they can do about this nonsense. Wow..just wow.
