- EMEllen MonsonAug 10, 20251.0CHECK BATCH CODES!!! They sell expired products. The product I purchased was 3 1/2 years old, well past the 2 year shelf life. When I brought it back the next day to exchange for an unexpired version (if they had it), they said "all sales are final" and wouldn't exchange or refund.

It’s a running joke at this mall that no one knows if this store is actually open or not, since the lights are always off and a sign is always on the door saying something along the lines of “away for lunch, will be back soon.” No one is ever back. If you’re incredibly lucky you will actually be able to speak to another human being on the other end of the call, but 9 times out of 10 you’re not gonna have anyone pick up. I don’t even bother stopping by this mall anymore cause I know the lights will be off.

When I later returned on a different day with my mom to purchase more products, I lost my cell phone somewhere in the outlet mall. Ty went above and beyond to help me find it. The shop has a great selection of products at amazing prices!
