- TPtracy pauleyApr 7, 20262.0Walked in for a trim. Luiza had me back in 1 min of walking, little did I know she would be checking ppl in and walking away multiples times. She then proceeded to cut like 4 if not more inches of my hair I just anted a trim. I told her I like her hair style it was grown out and passed her shoulders by 2 inches. I let her know I haven’t had my haircut in 2 years due to Aniexty someone will take more than it needs. She said she originally got a bob sorta of but one side was longer. It looked nice grown out but she gave me her original cut I believe. Did not listen to what I was comfortable with. Once she was about done and I was appalled, she says I think it needs another layer?!? I said a shorter layer? Knowing she couldn’t blend them because she already hacked all my hair. So unsatisfied with my hair and makes me believe now, don’t go to great clips to get haircuts. I usually go to Supercuts so I’m mad at myself for settling with great clips but I just wanted a trim with long layers and framing around my face. I had super long hair and most all of it was one length. This leads me to believe this why her small businesses has failed time and time again. Just not listening to my request, wanted to talk politics the whole time. They just do whatever they want. Great clips will never be a go to! My instructions were simple and direct I didn’t understand the miscommunication or whatever great clips is gonna call it.
