I have had them put in 4 separate emails and a phone number for my account and they always seem to not be able to “find it” and among the chaos today they scanned and put an item in my bag that I never picked up. $89 bottle of perfume from replica. I didn’t even see her scan it and put it in the bag til I got home and double checked my receipt when I found it in my bag. I understand they have to meet a quota for emails and accounts, but when there is a consistent issue each time of “not being able to find your account” and mysteriously having to make another one…that’s insane. I won’t be coming back, it’s not even worth it to come back and return the perfume that isn’t even mine and was charged for it.

Two separate days I walked into their section and was not acknowledged whatsoever. The first day I had to go to the register where sales staff was chatting and ask for assistance. I had several questions but after I asked where a product was located, the clerk went back to the register to chat. Made me wonder what has happened to customer service. I don’t know where it is, but I know where it isn’t. Also I feel they should at least walk around and familiar themselves with their products. They knew nothing about certain ones.
