She even showed us how to style my son’s haircut and what product to use afterward. She was wonderful, and I tipped her $10 for the great service! Today, though, was the complete opposite. The same stylist seemed distracted, blunt, and a bit rude. She rushed through my 8-year-old’s simple haircut, refused to honor a coupon, and still charged the full $20 adult price for a five-minute cut supposed to be $16! Didn’t realize until I paid. We’ve been coming here for years, but after today’s experience, I don’t think we’ll be back.

She did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning everything up and making sure he left looking respectable, and did so free of charge, to make up for the other stores inconvenience . Employees like this, that make sure their customers are happy, and taken care of, whether a regular or an on-the-fly inbound disaster, are worth their weight in gold. Again, I just wish I’d of caught her name, and had some spare cash for a tip (I’ll be making a special trip, totally deserves it!).
