The same stylist seemed distracted, blunt, and a bit rude. She rushed through my 8-year-old’s simple haircut, refused to honor a coupon, and still charged the full $20 adult price for a five-minute cut supposed to be $16! Didn’t realize until I paid. We’ve been coming here for years, but after today’s experience, I don’t think we’ll be back.
