  No other salon will ever touch my hair. This salon is amazing I trust them with my life. Super friendly and listen to what you want done. Clean, stylish and caters to every age group, and very family friendly. They stay on top of trends for all ages, your teenager will not walk out with a outdated cut or updo I promise they style/cut accordingly. Love Love Love :)

  I made this appointment because I bought a Groupon and wanted to find a local nail salon that I could trust. When I walked in, I was greeted by "small business" interior design, obviously on a budget. I decided not to judge a company by their interior, and boy, was I wrong! The towels used for my mani/pedi were the same stained, rough, mismatched towels that were used for hair coloring. During the pedi, the massage chair randomly changed position, moving back about 6 inches - the beautician said that it happened all the time. At the end of my pedicure, she informed me that they were out of sandals, so I would have to step on my shoes and slide around on them. (Thank goodness I wore flats!) I opted to pay $15 to upgrade my mani to a shellac mani. After shuffling over to the manicure station, I was greeted with more rough towels. There was no buffer in sight and she instead used the less abrasive side of the nail file to buff my nails. Cuticles were pushed back and not trimmed, leaving torn cuticles which I then had to trim myself when I got home. The shellac was applied too thick in places and not close to my cuticles at ALL - there was a 1/8" gap! On 2 of my fingers, she glopped the paint on so thickly at the tip that my nail was bending uncomfortably and I had to file the underside of my nail down to relieve the discomfort. After my mani was complete, she announced that all of my nails were completely dry and I could put on my shoes AND my socks - NOT TRUE! I drove home 5 minutes away after the appointment and inspected my toenails to find the polish on my big toes had been quite obviously still tacky, as it now appeared mangled from my sock. I also discovered that the callouses on my feet were still rough enough to catch on my dress socks. I have never in my LIFE had an experience this bad. Overall, I was very underwhelmed and feel like I completely wasted my money. Thank GOD it's not sandals weather.
