At the Mentor Ave location, I got what I asked for. It turned out that I couldn't style it quite right, it was something I could work with it. The difference, the stylist at Shoregate did what she wanted and explained her choices after she was done. The stylist at the Mentor Ave location talked to me before, during, and after she did the cut. It still wasn't exactly what I wanted but I understand why she did it that way, and I can work with it.
