- BWbilly wFeb 7, 20261.0They destroyed my kids hair to the point we are going to have to shave it all off. The 1st mistake I let go when she shaved off the entire back essentially ruining the haircut to begin with. Then two minutes late shaved it into a crooked mohawk ( which is definitely not what we asked for). The manager on duty did not even try to deescalate the situation and instead made it worse with name calling and told us we were awful customers and not to come back. We used to go to this salon for both of my children every month and never had a situation like this. Beware this place used to be ok, but with current management this place will continue to go downhill. Now I will go back to cheering up my 8 year old who cried on the way home because he hates the way he looks now.

I walked in with long hair.. wanted a little longer than my shoulders it’s up to my neck very uneven and very very hard to style now… I’m very disappointed as I wanted to treat myself before starting a new job now I’m embarrassed to even start my job because of my hair… 28 bucks including her damn tip… I want them to pay for extensions or something dude… like this is ridiculous like I expected so much better… I balled my eyes out because I’m unrecognizable
