Melissa was my was my stylist and was extremely jittery, was making extremely rude remarks and tried to pass it off as a joke, asked to go to the bathroom and said she was on a time limit and I wasn't able too, her station wasn't clean at all, hair all over the place and didn't provide enough communication. Overall was a horrible experience and will never come back.

Maybe cut it within 10 min it was the fastest cut ever. Ruined my hair won’t ever go back worst cut I’ve ever got. Probably have to shave it off so upsetting never will I step foot in a great clips again. Lady was in such a hurry wasn’t even going to cut the top I wish she wouldn’t of honestly now have to pay all over again just to get it fixed
