I asked my stylist how much I should get cut off to make my hair healthy again (something usually do) and she replied with an "idk when did you last get it cut" she would not listen to my when I corrected her on where my part was or anything about what I wanted as a style, cut my hair dry, smelled awful and raced through it. She station was dirty from the previous person- who was not in the salon when I arrived and the hair cut physically hurt. I should not be in pain and walk out with a headache. After brushing my own hair out at the end I walked out with an uneven and choppy cut. I paid and then went somewhere else later in the week to get in fix. The other salon actually asked me what happened... Please re consider who you hire, I wish I could give it 0 stars

Because of the injury to my shoulders I needed a style that would be easy to just wash & go. On top of that, Hubby was there asking to keep as much length as possible. My stylist Brenda cheerfully attacked the problem and 40 min. later I looked wonderful!
