  Extremely Unprofessional Experience – Canceled Last Minute, No Management, No Response I’m writing this review because I want others to be aware of how poorly Nani Massage handles their customers. I booked a couples massage over a month in advance for a deeply personal and difficult time—supporting my husband through the one-year loss of his mother and trying to find a moment of peace before my upcoming surgery. Two days before the appointment, I received a cancellation notice because the therapist had been fired. The staff openly shared details about “violations of code of conduct,” which was inappropriate and unprofessional. What was even more concerning was being told that no management is ever on site, no one can make decisions, and no alternative appointment or gesture of goodwill could be offered. Their next availability was a month away—completely unrealistic given our situation. I emailed their management (and general inbox) immediately and received zero response. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, organization, and customer care. What was supposed to be something healing during a painful time instead became another source of stress. I cannot recommend this business based on how they treated us.

  I saw Janee W this morning. I have had hundreds of massages and never have I left in happy tears. She is a very special person. You can tell she deeply cares about her clients. She helped me physically, emotionally, and all of the above. Not only that, but the facility was beautiful and clean. 10 out of 10 experience. I will definitely be coming back.

  Michael the massage therapist was excellent and took great care to address my areas of need. Obviously she is well liked as was difficult to get an appointment as soon as I would like. Enjoyed my visit thoroughly and will be returning!

  My experience with Rocky wasn’t worth me driving 25 min to the spa. I booked a 60-min massage from Groupon. She worked on me for merely 40 mins and called it a day. When I mentioned it to reception, she said the management can look into it. What does that even mean? The bed was comfortable as most ppl mentioned here. But Rocky did a mediocre job. I told her I have pain in my right shoulder and she didn’t put extra attention to it at all. You can feel she’s just walking thru the routine instead of trying to release the knot in your body. I’m glad I only paid $40 thru Groupon instead of the $100+ original price.
