She made our visit so comfortable, truly listened & even educated us on why his hair laid a certain way, what product to use to correct it and taught him how to use it... At last, somewhere we can go! Needless to mention the halcyon atmosphere- there's a nice little musical play list that I dare one be able to sit there without feeling upbeat & secretly dancing!
