My hair looked worse when I left, than when I went in. 2 young women working, no customers! I can understand why. And why your ratings are so bad. I'm so upset with what this "woman" did to me hair. Now I'll lose more hair having to go to another shop to try and get fixed and more money! I lost 8 inches of hair yesterday and just a chop job. I almost walked right back out when she came to get me, that was scary enough! Wished I'd listened to my gut
