I typically trim my own hair and wanted to get it touched up by a professional before an event and I was in a time crunch so I went here vs where i typically would go . My hair looks and feels uneven in the back and the sides seem shorter I typically don’t mind layers as long as they’re not super heavy and choppy , there may have been a miscommunication , especially since i liked how it looked as it was damp/ 80 percent dry, however i am just unhappy with the outcome. Stylist and employees were friendly and helpful , price was affordable. Overall a pleasant experience .

Pretty simple hair cut (1 on the sides and long enough to lay down on the top) very common male haircut . Starting off i got completely drenched with water running down my nose down my cheeks and down the cape which she apologized for and then ended up drenching me again shortly after . The Scissors were dull and pulling my hair , my bangs were cut uneven and around the widows peak where my hair is lighter was cut too short leaving a noticable low spot of no hair on the sides leading into crooked bangs. The crown area was not cut very well when got home I noticed many many hairs sticking up that had been missed and the area right at the peak of the crown sticking up more than the other hair because they were different lengths giving me an alfalfa. If that were not bad enough the next day I realized she missed a ton ...and I mean a ton of neck hair behind my ear and the side of my neck not even close to my beard and on both sides ...so my wife had to fix my haircut I paid with a tip $25 for which was received from somebody that said she had 5 years of experience cutting hair . I do not remember her name but she had long hair that she wore down the other two had there's up and she was the second chair on the left . Since I cannot pick a barber here and it rotates I will never return to this location .

An employee separated them out moved the other two down and we had to wait an additional hour for the other two to get their hair cut. Tried telling them we needed to pay all together but because it would be another HOUR we had to pay for the first one. I asked two times that this was unfair because I checked us in online we should not have had to wait another hour the lady was rude! Horrible
