She didn’t greet us or even look at us, just started walking to the chair. When we got to the chair, she asked if my son needed me to stay with him. He said yes, so I asked if I could have a chair. She rudely replied, “You don’t need a chair. You can stand there.” Next, she asked which number I would need for the clippers. When I said I said I didn’t know she scoffed and walked toward the back of the room. At that point, I grabbed my son and just walked out. Worst customer service I’ve received in years!
