- SJShyla JonesOct 26, 20255.0I was greeted immediately by Fallon who was very welcoming. I'd stopped in because I wanted to see a demo version of the Dyson Airwrap. Unfortunately the store did not have a demo version but luckily Fallon had the item at home and was able to answer my questions based on her personal experience. I've been visiting a lot of other stores in the area in hopes of seeing a demo and Fallon has been the most helpful of anyone. She absolutely went above and beyond to answer my questions to the best of my abilities, to offer suggestions and her personal feelings on the item. I absolutely will shop here again and I will ask for her every time.

I have never encountered such a wonderful staff at any other Sephora and this is a new store. Every single employee is friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service is immaculate and the product knowledge is above and beyond. Definitely my favorite Sephora to visit in the area.
