- SJShyla JonesOct 26, 20255.0Updated 12/12 I went in to grab a brush by Danessa Myricks that was unfortunately not a brush that is carried in the store. I was immediately greeted by Shay who was very engaging and knew exactly what I was talking about. Since the item I wanted wasn't available Shay suggested alternatives such as the sephora brand brushes and showed me many options. I ended up buying one of those instead. Shay was great, I am not sure who does the hiring there, but they are doing a great job because Shay represents your establishment the way it should be represented. ---------------- I was greeted immediately by Fallon who was very welcoming. I'd stopped in because I wanted to see a demo version of the Dyson Airwrap. Unfortunately the store did not have a demo version but luckily Fallon had the item at home and was able to answer my questions based on her personal experience. I've been visiting a lot of other stores in the area in hopes of seeing a demo and Fallon has been the most helpful of anyone. She absolutely went above and beyond to answer my questions to the best of my abilities, to offer suggestions and her personal feelings on the item. I absolutely will shop here again and I will ask for her every time.

It felt unwelcoming, and it was not a busy weeknight. I normally shop at the Strongsville location and will definitely go there from now on - the staff there is always so so friendly and helpful! I’m even more grateful for them after this experience.
