Terrible is the 1st word to describe it I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair I explained to her, I only wanted it long enough to tie it back and a hair tie. I didn’t want it no longer than that. She started cutting my undercut and left patches she didn’t even cut it all. Then she could not get my hair all the same length so she just kept cutting and still I ended up with a haircut that I did not want she left patches all my hair is a different length. She half ass did my hair. I have never been to a great clips that has done this to my hair before. Just awful
