I was so excited to finally visit the new store for my shopping, and overall I had a really great experience. I can’t say enough good things about Zion. She was so personable and really took the time to help me. She recommended a skin tint, shade matched me (which had never been done for me at Sephora before), and the match was absolutely PERFECT. The product she suggested was amazing, and I’ve never received so many compliments on my makeup. Thank you, Zion—5 stars for you!
However, there was another associate whose approach completely changed the vibe of my visit. She was extremely pushy about opening a credit card. I understand that it’s part of the job to promote it, but I said no multiple times—at least six. My husband also told her no. She initially walked away, but then came back to find me when I was alone and continued pushing the credit card again. That was very uncomfortable. When a customer says no more than once, that should be respected. I shouldn’t feel pressured or have to explain my personal situation just to get someone to stop asking.
On top of that, when I asked about products, she would grab them for me and place them in my basket—but always chose the largest (and most expensive) sizes instead of guiding me to the display so I could choose what fit my budget. It felt more like upselling than helping, and it came across as pushy and frustrating.
Overall, Zion made my experience amazing, but the constant pressure from the other associate took away from what could have been a perfect visit.
I had no idea liberty location had a Sephora but can safely say this is my new favorite location 😍😍. Off jump the workers were all very sweet and greeted me immediately upon walking in. I love that it isn’t inside the mall so it makes it less overstimulating. The store itself is HUGE and very clean. They have so much variety in this Sephora I was surprised at the different brands featured like Patrick Ta and Kilian Paris Love. I worked with Kadaja and she was very knowledgable and straightforward. Will definitely be back.

The absolute worst experience ever both times i have went there. Sephora Liberty Center you have convinced me to never come back.
There they grab you at the door and want to help you. I was glad for the help. The saleswoman there was trying to do a skin analysis on my cheek. She tried 2 different machines and they wouldn’t work. So she went to find another one. When she finally came back I asked to sit down while she did this. I am 71 and recent knee surgery. We had been standing in one spot for about 15 minutes. I didn’t request the skin analysis she offered so I could buy a new skincare and makeup line. She told me no they absolutely do not allow anyone to sit except if they booked a service.
I gave them the basket of all the other items, fragrance, Lip gloss and the gifts for my family. Then left and went to Ulta West Chester. Where I got great service and purchased all my new makeup and skincare products.
The second time I went with my daughter and the sales person was helping her with makeup. She left to go get something for her and never returned. She walked past her several times but never acknowledged her again.
I didn’t understand what that was about but again we went to Ulta and got all of her items.
Never again Sephora Liberty Center.
On another note every other Sephora I have been on has been a great experience. Including the ones in Kohls
Came in yesterday looking for a new foundation (I had some ideas in mind) but needed help with the shade. Zion greeted me at the door and was more than happy to help me find the right shade for my skin. I walked away with a new foundation and blush that work great!
I usually feel a little overwhelmed shopping at Sephora because there’s a lot of pressure to try things or sign up for stuff, but Ally made this visit totally different.
She checked in once, let me know she was there if I needed help, and then let me shop on my own. No hovering, no pushing scans or products. Because of that, I actually stayed longer, felt more comfortable, and ended up buying more than I planned.
That kind of approach is what makes me want to come back. Ally really made the experience better.
