  My experience with Mindy Hudson in loft 14 was deeply unprofessional. Although she was mostly nice, I felt that she was unwilling to listen to what I wanted throughout the process, and was very passive-aggressive whenever I asked for clarification, or voiced concerns about the type of dye she was using. I came in for black all-over color with blue tips, and ended up with a deep muddy brown, and no blue anywhere. I understand that color isn’t the easiest specialty, but this situation was completely avoidable — Please do not ignore your clients in the future. Mindy did offer a partial discount, and a wonderful haircut, which I greatly appreciated.

  Can't speak about any but Jillian in loft 7. I wanted someone who really got the special needs of curly hair and I couldn't have been happier. She has gorgeous curls and I highly recommend her. Each loft is owned by the person and they make their own appointments. She was gentle and professional. Gave me several tips helpful. Will def be back. Shes in loft 7. Especially if u have curly hair it made all the difference to meet someone who gets it. Didn't pull my hair once .

  Was given the wrong address by stylist who wasn't there at 9 am for our appointment. I paid $160 plus tip for color, cut and styled. I had hair dye on my clothes, all over my face and neck which caused an allergic reaction (that's never happened before) and washed completely out of my hair the next day. Will not be back.

  Made an appointment with Maya (booth 17). She didn’t show, and didn’t even reach out to us directly. This was all communicated through her booth-mate. This is our second time a stylist no-showed on us at this location. We get text, email, and phone reminders yet stylists evidently don’t. Done with salon lofts/freelance haircuts.
