  Christy definitely deserves a shout out, she is amazing, helpful and friendly. Her knowledge about the products is top notch and just an amazing woman. Thank you Christy for assisting our daughter while she was out enjoying her bday.

  I had the best experience with two associates Lauren and Josie at the Liberty Center Lush today! Lush never fails to exceed my expectations when it comes to products and customer service. I recommend coming to this Lush when you need a pick me up, and a friendly environment.

  I frequent this location with a young man I work with who has autism. He loves it and we rotate between here and the Kenwood location making a stop in at least once a week at either location. We decided to come to the Liberty Center location today and the woman working was locking the door. I saw a sign that said she’d be returning after taking something to storage or something but there was no time listed so I asked when she would be back and so rudely she said “like in a minute”.. unfortunately we will likely not be returning to this location due to her rude behavior and demeanor. If she’s that rude to me I can only imagine how she’s interact with him. It’s saddening because we really love everyone else here but if there’s a change she’ll be there I’m fine just going to Kenwood.

  I’m not sure of the names of the two ladies who were working after five on the sixth, but they were so sweet! I got pampered with free samples and demos.

  My first time ever stepping foot in there, the ladies welcomed me full arms🖤 I ended up getting a bath bomb a body wash a body scrub a bar of soap, and she even gave me some samples🖤🖤 I definitely recommend the rose black bath bomb. It turned out perfect. The body wash literally leaves. My body is so soft, and the scrub is one of the best scrubs I’ve ever had in my life definitely not overly scented and doesn’t irritate my skin when I shave. I have gotten plenty of soaps to use when I shave, but the blue and gold bar is officially my favorite🖤 definitely will be back
