  this is the second or third time i’ve came in here and waited for someone to check me out while the workers are chatting in the front of the store to each other.

  I just wanted to shoutout the staff here, they were really amazing and helpful even though it's a super busy time of the year. I wanted to say thanks especially to Zion, who helped color match me and help me find the concealer that was right for me. She was so helpful and so kind and it made me feel really great about my purchase. Thanks so much! I definitely will come back here more often then traveling further.

  Had an online order for pickup, but also wanted to browse around and take in the brand new store. When I walked in, three associates were standing near the front, but none of them greeted me or bothered to ask if I needed help with anything. In fact, when I made eye contact with a girl and began to open my mouth to ask a question, she abruptly turned on her heels and walked the opposite direction. After browsing for a few minutes, I decided to head to the register to pick up my order. One cashier was working, and a rather large line was beginning to form. Close to ten minutes of waiting in line, only to find out that the online order pickup area is in the very front of the store, way to the left in a tiny corner with very minimal signage. The associate that retrieved my order had a poor attitude. When she handed off my bag and told me to have a nice day it sounded rushed, metronomic, and insincere, with no eye contact. I have a background in high-end retail and it saddens me that customer service has deteriorated so much. I was so excited for this store to open because it is closer to me than Kenwood, but if this is how you’re going to treat the customers, then I’ll keep going to Kenwood.

  VERY OVERWHELMING STAFF!! I came just to shop and get a few items after a long day and kind of just wanted to look around and the staff was lowkey harassing me trying to get me to try products and everywhere I went they wouldn’t stop trying to help me and ask me questions like okay the first few times was fine but you guys actually need to chill it makes me never want to come back to this location! Pls stop asking me if I’m okay every 2 minutes and following me around!

  I’m so happy there’s finally a standalone Sephora that’s closer to Hamilton than Kenwood!!! We visited on opening day and everything was awesome. It was pretty busy (which we expected) but the employees did a really great job of managing the checkout line and getting everyone through quickly. Everything was very organized and fresh! All the employees were very helpful and so friendly despite the rush! Ava in particular was very sweet and helpful and answered my questions with a smile. I highly recommend visiting this new Sephora :)
