Super long post coming…. TL;DR at bottom. In May, I took my teen there because she has issues with migraines. She had gone to another location and had success but someone had said this location had much more ambiance. They were right about that. It was very cozy and spa-like. Everyone was very pleasant, as well. However, when it was time to go back, the nurse insisted that I stay in the lobby and take care of the payment. I thought it was odd but thought that it wouldn’t hurt anything. After I signed up for a membership, I went and sat beside her while she got her drip. During her treatment, the nurse and the guy from the front desk were discussing something in the room where they keep the supplies. I couldn’t hear them well, but it seemed like there was a problem. Then the guy from the front desk made sure, as he walked through, to ask me if everything was okay. He seemed weird about it, but I rationalized with myself that he was just being thoughtful. Looking back, I think he was afraid I had overheard them, which, unfortunately, I hadn’t. The drip seemed to go okay after that but after leaving my daughter told me she had tried to start the IV in the other arm but it didn’t work out. She showed me where and the wound seemed bigger than it should have been. Again, I brushed it off, because sometimes it happens. She felt awful that night and tried to sleep it off and feel better in the morning because, from her experience, sometimes the drips take a day or two to help. Well, she felt absolutely horrible the next day and and then the next. She ended up feeling horrible for more than two weeks after that drip. A day or two after the drip, she started losing handfuls of hair in the shower, which had never happened before, either. I took photos and sent them to her doctor, who said a normal IV drip shouldn’t have that effect, especially since she has had the drips before. (She ended up losing about 2/3rds of her hair!) She went back to the other location, which is when I learned that the memberships aren’t good for any location except for the one you buy them from. I also learned that I was supposed to sign a contract when joining, and the contract would have stated that. (By the way, that drip at the other location went very well and helped my daughter as it should have.) I tried calling the Liberty location several times but no one answered. I tried using their messaging service, but again, no response. (I was later told they had switched to a new AI answering service and it was glitching.) The other location reached out to them and I finally got a call back. The call wasn’t helpful at all. They recognized that everything we experienced was unprofessional but basically told me they couldn’t do anything about it (You can ALWAYS do something about it if you want to) and that I could still use the second drip at their location since I had paid for it. (No thank you!) Who knows what in the world was put into my daughter’s body to cause such a reaction! There is no proof of what is being administered other than what they log into the computer. Nothing is scanned in like at hospitals. I will never again let her or anyone I care about go back alone to have things put into their bodies. We will never go back to the Liberty location and recommend that others don’t either. If you do, take someone with you and be mindful of what they are administering! TL;DR: The company was unprofessional, didn’t have me sign a contract with vital information, the nurse didn’t want me to go back with my teen for the IV insertion. My daughter was seriously unwell after her visit there and lost 2/3rd of their hair, even though she had previously had good results at other locations. Company recognizes being unprofessional but doesn’t care enough to do anything about it

Made an appointment with Prime IV wondering if they could help me as I have a heart condition and this hot humid weather really gets me down physically. I know I get dehydrated easily which causes Afib. AB took care of me as she was very accommodating and understanding. She got me all hooked up with no problem - and I feel much more energetic and hydrated. Plan to make future appointments soon. Thank you Prime IV. ER

Giving a five star for now only have had one appointment. Looking to go back for more, I felt better for like 2 days. Also trying out to see if this will help me with my migraines. Atmosphere is relaxing, chairs are cool did hurt my back the next day like I had a deep tissue message. Did IV fusion the Meyers Cocktail.
