- CBCarrie BoettjerDec 29, 20252.0My son seemed satisfied with his haircut, however the lady seemed very uninterested in shampooing his hair even though I suggested it, the lady who cut his hair, Kiya, also seemed to have an attitude towards my daughter about looking at the Christmas tree. Also, when she asked what level of a buzz he wanted on the sides and around the ears, I explained how he preferred to keep the length on top and then I explained that he wanted to start at a level 4 around the ears and down the back of his head, and then fade to a 1. She covers most of her face with, what I could tell frustration, and acts rudely confused. Kind of obvious why there was no line..

He decided to completely shave my sides, trimmed my bangs half to my scalp, and didn't touch the back at all. I'll have to wait a month for it to be long enough to fix. Do not recommend Chris.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
