She even said “so like take off a 1/2inch or so?” But then cut about 3 inches off. She took half my hair off. The cut overall looks alright as long as I fix it but it’s not my style preference and not at all what I asked for. She was super happy with it though. I’ve been growing my hair out for a while so I’m pretty disappointed with how things went. I just wish she has slowed down and listened before she just went crazy with the scissors.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
