  Gave me a shag hair cut and cut it way shorter than I wanted. Never asked for a shag or short hair.

  What I was asking for to be done was already hard but having 30 plus experience would have been a breeze for you to have accomplished my only complaint truly is the amount of money that I had spent to get this done and I was platinum blonde to begin with had a dark base and highlights and lowlights one being platinum blonde in the other being a little darker than the platinum blonde my hair was rinsed and warm water so ultimately it bled through all other colors so is like it was never done and yet I still had to pay and once I paid I asked well it's just not exactly what I wanted you know I want the platinum blonde framing my face and she suggested I come back the following day and she would be willing for free to put in three strips of platinum blonde on each side and I just was blown away because the fact that you took over a hundred and some dollars of my money I tipped you over $20 which was very generous considering it wasn't even remotely close to the photo I showed you and you want to tell me I'll do six strips of platinum but if it's any more than that then I have to charge you that is absolutely obscene to me. No offense to the lady who did my hair she is God's a witty character she was fun to speak with she seems like a wonderful woman and she's you know doing a job but she can be doing a way better job then what had been presented I had to go out buy my own supplies and I have spent days trying to recreate what I wanted on my own spending more money and I'm happy to say that on my own I have almost completely achieved what I wanted to begin with.

  I had Rachel..first off let me start with how amazing her personality and vibe was..she was so easy to talk to and so helpful (with this being my first coloring ever) but she gave me a beautifully done, balayage, with low lights, along with a hair cut! She killed it..I absolutely LOVE my hair! I also had the pleasure to sit next to terry, and she was amazing. She was cutting hair for a family (who were also a joy to talk with) ..this salon has such an amazing vibe, the stylist at this salon made this experience so much more pleasurable! I will be going back! Thanks again Rachel..I couldn't ask for better color in my hair! Oh and the price was no where near what I thought coloring plus a cut would be...you just can't beat it! = )
