I’ve visited this place for a haircut about four times, and this was the first time I ever felt I was treated differently. There is an older lady there who was very rude and had terrible customer service. I waited for over 30 minutes while two people ahead of me got their haircuts, but when it was my turn, she rushed through mine in just 3–4 minutes. She didn’t clean the hair off my face, didn’t speak to me, and her attitude made me feel like I was being treated differently because I am Indian.

If it’s the same company and the same price, what does it matter? Good thing I asked before getting our hair cut. I think they were just busy and didn’t want to add 3 more to the queue.
