  Alanna was honestly the sweetest at Sephora! She didn’t make me feel rushed at all and actually listened to what I wanted. She’s super knowledgeable about the products and gave me recommendations that I ended up loving. She made the whole shopping thing so much easier and fun — definitely my go-to person there now!

  Subject: Disappointing In-Store Experience – Longtime VIP Patron Dear Sephora Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the level of service I received during a recent visit to one of your stores. As a longtime Sephora customer and VIP patron, I have come to expect a certain standard of professionalism and courtesy—standards that, unfortunately, were not upheld during this visit. Upon entering the store, not a single employee acknowledged me or offered assistance. I eventually had to interrupt the two staff members to request help. When I reached the checkout and inquired about the availability of KAY ALI fragrances—specifically intending to purchase one in addition to the $265.53 in products I was already buying—the cashier abruptly cut me off mid-sentence with a curt, “No, we don’t,” without any clarification or attempt to understand which fragrance I was asking about. Given that the KAY ALI brand includes multiple scents, her response came across as dismissive and unprofessional. This experience was not only frustrating but also disheartening. I value excellent customer service, especially when choosing to spend a considerable amount of money at a store I’ve supported for years. If this is indicative of the service I can expect moving forward, I will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere.   There were two employees at the time, they eventually spoke to say hi as i was looking for an item. One walked right pass me (as i was looking) and asked someone if they needed help. I was never offered help so i left. I’ll spend my money elsewhere

  Hot garbage. All over priced and the selection is pathetic. Tiny. So ya know very fitting for a Sephora. It's really sad that people actually still shop at these places. Khol's is full over of over priced garbage. Quite a lot looks like it came from Wish, Shein or one of those other fast fashion websites but Kohl's marked the prices up to triple their actual worth.
