- TTTaylorFeb 16, 20251.0Went in today on 2/16/25 at about 1:30pm. I had a gift card but I wasn’t sure how much was on it so I asked the employee she proceeded to tell me my gift card was invalid and nothing was on it??? So I say I’d like to speak to a supervisor. She says to me “Well I’m a beauty lead” ??? That’s not what I asked for. She finally asked for help from another co worker who was able to see that I INDEED DID HAVE MONEY ON MY GIFT CARD! She never apologized, customer service was HORRIBLE, and she didn’t know what she was doing! I’m so upset I didn’t catch her name because I want to put it in this review. But she was a black girl who’s supposedly a beauty lead working on this day and time! And she is the reason I will not be back!!! I will go to other Sephora stores.

However, I will only go to the one in Levis Commons to get the full benefits I have being a Rouge customer.i still can’t believe they don’t offer perfume samples outside of what they get sent. Huge downgrade
