- TTTaylorFeb 16, 20251.0Went in today on 2/16/25 at about 1:30pm. I had a gift card but I wasn’t sure how much was on it so I asked the employee she proceeded to tell me my gift card was invalid and nothing was on it??? So I say I’d like to speak to a supervisor. She says to me “Well I’m a beauty lead” ??? That’s not what I asked for. She finally asked for help from another co worker who was able to see that I INDEED DID HAVE MONEY ON MY GIFT CARD! She never apologized, customer service was HORRIBLE, and she didn’t know what she was doing! I’m so upset I didn’t catch her name because I want to put it in this review. But she was a black girl who’s supposedly a beauty lead working on this day and time! And she is the reason I will not be back!!! I will go to other Sephora stores.

- KPKierestin PetersenMar 28, 20221.0I purchased self tanner drops from this location. Tried them twice and they didn’t work with my skin. Returned to this exact location and tried to return. They swore up and down they could not see it on My beauty insider. I could see it and physically show it to them on my end. They said they couldn’t do the return. I called sephoras customer service and they said there is absolutely no reason that they were unable to process my return at this location. I called this location back to inquire with this new information from Sephora and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. If I could give zero stars I would. I had my rouge account deactivated and will only shop at ulta from now on.
