After taking the online quizzes on various makeup brand sites, I was as overwhelmed and lost as when I started. The 2 ladies that were working today were such a tremendous help. They were so friendly, they weren't annoyed or put out by the time I needed from them. They were both knowledgeable, professional and most importantly to me, they didn't try to up sell me on certain products...they simply wanted to help find what was right for me. I wasn't looking forward to my trip here, as this is a new world to me & I deal with extreme social anxiety, but they made me feel comfortable and right at home. Would definitely recommend. I went from total ignorance when it comes to makeup to feeling like I will be a lifetime customer of Sephora.
