I asked for a hair cut shoulder length with layered. She completely butchered my hair with no possibility of fixing. I told her between the cutting that she was going too short. But she commented “just trust me” She gave me a horrrible mullet haircut. It’s beyond repair. After she was done , I told her that the hair is tooo short on the top. She said “well, that’s what u wanted.” She was extremely inconsiderate and rude. She gave me attitude when I said I didnot like the haircut. I have no option but to cut the entire hair now.

It is nice that they always have your last haircut in the computer system. So you know exactly what you got last time and it can do the same thing without you asking or telling them what to do. Of all their hair products are very good. I always get them to put something in to see if I like it. If I do you can buy it right there. The staff are usually friendly and helpful.
