So I took a chance and gave JC Penny's call, they got me a weekend appointment which worked perfect for me. I received a call a few days before my appointment from Teresa and she was just awesome! Great customer service. When I arrived for my appointment, Teresa remembered me and remembered it was my birthday, extra brownie points there! Ash did my hair and it turned out great! It was an overall great experience! I will definitely be going back! It was a great atmosphere, thank you to Teresa, Ash and Brittany for a great experience!
