It wouldn’t let me check in online and the person at the checkout was very rude. Informed me it wouldn’t let me check in online because they are busy and closing soon. It would have been helpful to know that online. Instead I wasted an hour trying to sign in online and trying to get a hair cut, ugh what ever happened to professionalism and being courteous to potential clients🤷🏼♀️
