My visit felt very rushed and the stylist cutting my hair did not seem to listen to the requests I had for my trim, I even had a picture reference. I came in with hair down to the center of my back and now it just barely brushes my shoulders. Over 4 inches of hair and a year of growth gone. I have no idea what went wrong, but I am very displeased with my experience.
