- JAJermain AndersonJan 9, 20251.0It made me angry that I could not exchange a bottle of makeup for the right shade after all the money I have spent on Sephora products at the Hamilton location. The cashier went as far as to help me with picking out another shade. The product was unused and I had not gotten around to returning it. After wasting all my time, the white sales clerk decided that it was non refundable and said that when I get a tan, or blacker I could use it. I'm a black woman. If I had of said, she needs to lose 150-200 lbs, she would have been insulted. I paid $54 that went down the drain. That's when she said if I get a tan, I could use the makeup. She called the manager but had already discussed that I wanted to exchange the product. I didn't like him either. He appeared to have little to no customer experience.
