    Mechelle & Cassidy plus all the ladies we’re amazing! Best hair cuts we’ve had done in a very long time. We felt so welcome here! Totally know what they are doing and talking about. Was also nice to save a little money since it’s always 3 of us girls getting cuts etc… thanks so much InStyle!

    No one believed me having a head tattoo so there was a lovely stylist who could straight razor. She did great.

    My daughter's had appointments at 11am. I received a phone 10 minutes prior to our appointment saying my oldests appointment was double booked(not my problem) I told her I was in the parking lot and we weren't canceling. She agreed to go ahead and do it. My youngest daughter got pulled back exactly at 11.....45 minutes later my oldest is still waiting for someone to come out for her. And when finally someone comes to get her (it's not even the woman who told us she was doing her hair I watched her walk out after she was done with her client) she 20 questioned us about my daughters hair it's simple she wanted a cut and partial highlight this lady acted like we were asking for too much. I won't ever be back to this location!! I've never had issues with the fields ertel location. We got there at 11am and didn't get done until well after 2pm.
