- PPPaigeApr 29, 20241.0There's a very good reason this khols/sephora has bad reviews. I've had my card charged wrong multiple times by cashiers too rushed to even care they messed up my finances. Customer service just doesn't care and does nothing to help you, I've gotten more empathy from automated Customer service machines than the khols customer services. Even simple things, like I purchased a lip balm but lost it the next night, still had the receipt and packaging. I just wanted a replacement or if I could get a refund. But no empathy, if anything the customer service rep treated me like I was stupid for even calling. As someone in the customer service industry, I know how hard it can be dealing with dumb callers, but being so overt with your annoyance is really rude. At least pretend to be nice and when the call is over, talk about me with your co workers 🙄

When I actually found the scent I liked, I had to go to the counter to find an ill-equipped employee to assist. Said employee then charged more than the said price. Said the bottles were moved and she can't monitor that. Normally I am an Ulta Beauty lady, but gave Sephora a shot. Bad move on my part.
