    Had my haircut by Jessica I will never return. The moment I sat in her chair I found her on Groupon I told her what I did not want and she yelled at me and said I don't make any money on Groupon etc. Then already she's an hour and a half late to my appointment and I didn't even say anything I remained patient. All for her to yell at me she had already been paid so I couldn't get my money back at this point so I sat there and endured. Then ask her to take my below shoulder length hair and cut it to write below my chin which is pretty standard for me She said I won't do that because I told her that I didn't want any more layers in the back I just wanted it all one length She refused. And let me tell you I now have a long bowl haircut with two very stacked layers because of her. I'm uploading a picture I want everyone to see it It's ugly it's horrible it's unprofessional her behavior was horrible She treated me like crap like I was nobody and I walked out worse when I looked at it in the mirror I said this is exactly what I did not want but I guess I'll let it grow out and she said nothing. I got to listen to her complain about her leaving Alta because they tried to tell her how to work. I got to listen to how she makes no money. I got to listen to her yell at me how she is not going to do my hair I didn't yell back but I wanted to. She made me feel so horrible but I will never ever ever recommend her or return and I may just be one customer but if someone treats me well I come back and I can honestly say I will never ever step 1 ft in there again.
